It also covers which documents we can supply with a quote, so you know what to ask for on critical jobs.

Datasheets Library

The datasheets library brings together maker datasheets for the pumps, valves and components we match most often. Use it to check dimensions, flange and shaft details, ratings and curves before you order or while you plan a replacement.

Warranty Information

This page sets out how warranty works on the parts we supply, and how it differs between genuine and equivalent parts. It also explains what to send if a part fails early, so a claim can be assessed quickly.

Counterfeit Awareness

Fake hydraulic parts do turn up, especially filter elements, seal kits and popular pumps sold online at prices that look too good. This page shows the warning signs to look for and how to check a part before you fit it. If something seems off, send us photos.

What Good Paperwork Looks Like

A genuine part should come with the maker’s name, a clear part number and, for larger items, a datasheet or nameplate that matches the order. An equivalent part should name its own maker and say which original it replaces. Either way, you should be able to trace the part back to someone who will stand behind it. If a seller won’t name the maker, treat that as a warning. For critical plant, ask for documents before you order, not after the part arrives.

Checking a Part Before You Fit It

Compare the new part with the old one before it goes on. Check the nameplate or label against the order, then the flange, shaft, ports and rotation. On filter elements, look at the end caps, seals and printed rating. Packaging that looks reused, labels that peel off easily or missing batch numbers are all worth a second look.

Where to Go Next

If you know the brand, start with our brand groups. Brands that make whole hydraulic systems, such as Parker and Danfoss, are under Hydraulic OEMs. Pumps from specialist makers are covered under Pump OEMs, and filters, sensors, hoses and other parts under Component Brands. For help choosing a pump type, our hydraulic pump guides explain the main designs and where each one fits.

Ask Our Team

If you can’t find the document you need, ask us.
