The Fisher 2625-12 Pneumatic Volume Booster is designed to increase the stroking speed of pneumatic valve actuators in industrial process control systems. Manufactured by Fisher, an Emerson brand, this high-capacity air volume booster responds to pneumatic signals from a valve positioner and delivers increased airflow to the actuator. Its fixed 1:1 input-to-output pressure ratio supports rapid valve movement without changing the commanded pneumatic pressure.
Part of the Fisher 2625 Series, the 2625-12 features an adjustable bypass restriction, soft-seat construction, and high-flow supply and exhaust ports. The 2625-12 configuration is associated with a maximum supply pressure of 150 psig and 1/2-inch internal supply and exhaust ports.
