The Neles ND7203HE1T Intelligent Digital Valve Positioner is designed for precise positioning and automated control of pneumatic valve actuators in demanding industrial process environments. Manufactured under the Neles brand by Valmet, this intelligent electropneumatic valve controller operates using a standard 4–20 mA electrical input signal with HART digital communication. Its microprocessor-based control system continuously monitors valve position and adjusts pneumatic output pressure to achieve accurate, responsive and stable valve movement.
Part of the Neles ND7000 series, the ND7203HE1T features a medium-capacity pneumatic spool valve designed for actuators with stroke volumes of approximately 1–3 dm³. Its flameproof aluminium enclosure, IP66 / NEMA 4X protection, and ATEX/IECEx E1 approval configuration support suitable hazardous-area installations. The integrated passive 4–20 mA position transmitter provides an independent analogue valve position feedback signal for compatible control systems. With automatic calibration, contactless position sensing and advanced diagnostic functions, this positioner is suitable for oil and gas facilities, chemical processing plants, power generation, water treatment and industrial valve automation.
