Developed under the proven StoneL Quartz series by Valmet (formerly Neles / Metso Automation), this unit provides continuous visual position monitoring and dual mechanical electrical signaling to control rooms and automated supervisory systems. It is specifically built to withstand harsh, hazardous industrial environments classified for explosive gas and dust atmospheres.
Constructed with an epoxy-coated, anodized marine-grade aluminium enclosure and dual O-ring shaft sealing, the QX2VCK02HDM features two SPDT mechanical switches with quick-set, touch-and-tune cams that allow rapid field calibration without specialized tools. A high-visibility visual indicator provides clear, wide-angle operational confirmation. Its VDI/VDE 3845 (NAMUR) standard mounting pattern allows seamless direct integration onto pneumatic actuators, quarter-turn ball valves, and butterfly valves across oil and gas, refining, chemical processing, and marine applications.
