Product Overview
The Fisher 67CFR-601 Instrument Air Filter Regulator is designed to provide stable, reduced air pressure to pneumatic valve positioners, actuators, controllers, and industrial instrumentation. Manufactured by Fisher, an Emerson brand, this direct-operated pressure regulator combines downstream pressure regulation, particulate filtration, and an internal relief valve in one compact assembly. Its spring-loaded diaphragm mechanism responds to changes in downstream pressure, helping maintain consistent instrument air supply for reliable industrial process control.
Part of the Fisher 67C Series, the 67CFR-601 features an adjustable outlet pressure range of 0–125 psig, an aluminium body, 1/4-inch NPT inlet and outlet connections, and a 5-micron polyethylene filter element. The regulator is suitable for installation near compatible pneumatic control valves and positioners, helping protect instrumentation from particulate contamination and excessive supply pressure. It is widely applicable to industrial automation, chemical processing, oil and gas facilities, power generation, and manufacturing systems.
Important product distinction: The standard Fisher 67CFR-601 is supplied without a pressure gauge. The 67CFR-239 is a related 0–125 psig configuration with a gauge.

How do I find the right part for my system?
Three options. Search by part number if you have the OEM code from Parker, Danfoss, Linde, Kawasaki, Kayaba or Grundfos — our search recognises both manufacturer codes and aftermarket cross-references. Browse by category if you know the component type (pumps, valves, cylinders, etc.). Or send a spec sheet to our engineering desk and we'll cross-reference against our 3,000+ SKU catalogue within one business day.
Can you help me size a pump or valve for my application?
Yes — sizing support is included with every order. Send us your operating pressure, flow rate, viscosity, drive speed and duty cycle, and our engineers will recommend a suitable component from our catalogue with full datasheets. We don't custom-build parts ourselves, but we can spec the right OEM component for almost any standard industrial application.
Can you cross-reference a discontinued part?
Yes — cross-referencing is one of the things we do most. Send us the original part number (even if the manufacturer has dropped it) and our engineering desk will identify a current equivalent or compatible alternative. Cross-reference lookups are free and typically come back within 4 business hours.
